Contest Brief

I want to redesign me current logo. Please see the attachment for my current logo. I don't mind the font for eComand Solutions LLC and the slogan but I don't like the Objects in the logo. I like the colors and i would like to keep the color scheme if possible. I would like to incorporate an object of a globe (earth) and an arrow moving up.

I need the logo to be more horizontal to display at the top of a website and I would also like a square version for Facebook.
