Contest Brief

I need a redesign of an existing logo in print quality. Attached the current logo.
We need a matching design for business cards and a A4 folder, too. But that is a following job...

For the logo please use a bright background. Do not use too many different colors.
Every letter has to be legible and the logo must be visible in every size.
Please do not decorate too much. It should be simple, but memorable.
Also it shouldn‘t be in 3D.
