Contest Brief

We are a bunch of web developers planning to launch our development company named "Devil Devs". We require a logo for that.

Preferences:

1. We need an unique icon that matches our domain name and also text in the logo. (Logos with only text or only icon will be ignored. We need BOTH an icon and text.)

2. As we plan to use black and/or gray as the main color for the website, we need you to submit your logo in three formats here, for the competition:

a) COLORFUL version logo in Black background,

b) White version logo in Black background,

c) Black version logo in White background.

3. You need to submit PSD/AI in high resolution, also a transparent PNG file.

Make sure you follow ALL the guidelines above.
