Logo design for "Cerveceria del Campo"

Ever been to Nicaragua? It's kind of like California before skyscrapers and highways. Endless waves, coastal ranges pressed up against the ocean, rich soil, oh, and of course everyone speaks Spanish. We are a couple American guys launching a brewery down here and are looking for a logo. The name of the company is Cerveceria del Campo, which means simply Countryside brewing company. Our location is very rural and we are surrounded by subsistence farmers. Down the block the Pacific ocean heaves up perfect consistent waves. We are looking to convey this location in the logo as much as possible. We have thought about using oxen, farmers farming, barley, hops, and waves in the logo. All possibilities and original ideas welcome. The general hope is is to suggest a rural yet refined delicious product. Please keep in mind that we will be using your logo design for hats, shirts, and other general marketing material so we do not want real images - something that can be converted into a flat 1 color logo would be needed as well. i added a new picture that i created on Paint. That is our idea for a label. but we need a logo to fit in the circle. something crestlike with hops and barley would be cool. or google some craft breweries to get ideas for logos.
