We are looking for a logo design for a new offline/online service business.

You must provide PSD file and a Vector file of the logo on a transparent background & no borders

Logo must be clean, fresh, modern & professional
Logos I tend to like are Font + Meaning (A font with a tweak that symbolize company/ product/service). e.g. zippo.com, amazon.com, etc. I am open to any concepts and creative ideas that you think will fit in.
