  Thank you for the entries so far. There has been some really good ones but they are all starting to look too much the same. I have increased the price to $200 and removed some of the limitations, such as preferred font and colors. I have also sealed the contest. Please send in some new ideas. Feel free to send in some unusual and creative ideas.

  Please refer to updated brief. We have enough logos accentuating "Central Coast" and "Valuation". Let us try some giving all the words equal weight. Let us try some different fonts, and icons other than two Cs.

  Could we trie some logos focussing on the word "Valuation", rather than focussing so much on "Central Coast"? Feel free to re-submit some of the designs that were rejected after changing it to focus on "Valuation" and keep the icon to the left and writing on the right. Also, no icon is needed if a unique font design is used.

  I prefer the icon on the left with the writing on the right. Otherwise the logo is too high. it already needs to be wide because of our long name. So I don't want it to be too high too.

     totally agree with lionstudios. This happens all the time, People more less see which design has the most stars and more less copy the design but slightly change the variation of it.
