We are a real estate development company based in West Chester, Pennsylvania currently building an apartment complex to open August 2014. As we move forward with our construction, we are looking for a graphic artist to help us design our initial logo as well as help establish the slogan for our complex if that suits your interests as well. If not, we can focus on solely the logo.

Apartment Complex Name: The Lofts

Some key elements of our complex that should help design the logo and possible slogan include:

Target Demographic: Young professionals in the 25-29 age range

Features of Apartment/ Building:
- Warehouse type feel in main atrium. As part of our design, the top floors of the building will actually be vaulted bridges as opposed to entire floors. The top of the building will be an open glass window shining down into the atrium. We would like to capitalize on this unique design and incorporate either the bridges into the design or if you feel a warehouse element works better we can explore that. A photo of the bridge design can be found in the Files section.

- Rooms are very small. We hope to create the city type feel of small living quarters with the units. We want to capitalize on the "coolness" of smaller living.

- We are searching for ways to increase overall connectivity of the building, allowing our renters to have a community atmosphere they can enjoy.

Features of Area:
- Complex is located in the heart of the West Chester Borough, a medium sized town with a strong nightlife. We hope to capitalize on our location and its proximity to the center of town as we feel this will be a strong selling point for our target demographic.
