Contest Brief

A logo for a new business idea called Apartment Club. This business will rent lease furnished apartments to travellers.

Logo should include:
Modern font based logo
Square or rectangular format
2 combinations - (1) white out of a colour and (2) colour out of white

In this exercise I am hoping to see:
A few colour combinations (prefer modern tone variations of blue, green, brown, silver, gold)
Simple strong font types
Nice balance to logo
Basic motif or icon is optional

Anyone has noticed that no single entry is rated?
Do you know what happens to a "guaranteed" contest if no winner is selected? The highest rated designer gets the prize.
EXCEPT if none of the entries were rated. In other words, as long as the contest holder is not rating any entries, the contest is NOT guaranteed!
