Contest Brief
Design a Logo for an equine education-portal called “pferde.expert”
The portal content will be about equine training/ education, teaching and learning riding and horsemanship.
The target group are women , 21-50 years old.
The logo should:
- Contain the words "pferde.expert" (pferde (german) = horses)
- It may (but need not) contain other graphical elements like a horse, horseshoe or characters
- Be simple,memorable, original, creative, eye catching, look trustful,
- Have something distinctive, unique, distinctive to other logos, memorable
- Be clear (even at a small size and on backgrounds of different colours)
I will ask the winner to provide the logo in various file formats (EPS-, AI-, JPG, PSD) and black & white transparent PNG format. If you are using custom fonts please include those within the winner project. The winner will transfer to the customer the exclusive, temporally and spatially unrestricted usufruct rights to the logo for all possible uses within legal Limits.

Hi everbody! Thanks a lot for your creative output so far. Please consider the following aspects for future logo layouts.
Do not use capital letters, but lower case.
If you integrate a horse into the logo, please do not show a horse of a special discipline like show jumping, horse racing or others, but the harmony between a horse and (if a person is shown)the person.
If there is no person, the horse should nevertheless be in harmony and look relaxed. The horse also should not look like if it is running away from something, it should not look stressed. It can be shown in movement, but also standing, or there can be the head shown exclusively.- 11 years ago

Dear AlexPortal, I believe that in the end it's just a matter of personal taste when choosing a logo that interests you.
There is no rule precise, each of us has the freedom to create a logo as it sees fit according to your instructions, but nothing more.
