ABOUT OUR RESTAURANT called Saint Tropez Kitchen:

The food: Saint Tropez is only the beginning. Guests will enjoy a culinary journey not only of French inspired dishes but tastes throughout the Mediterranean. The c in kitchen represents the California influence of Fresh, Citrus, Fun, Local, Sustainable and Healthy.

RESTAURANT FEEL

Relaxing, upbeat, with creative and interactive menus, casual but with upscale food and service

LOGO FEEL

a. Simple is best.
b. Do not want a complicated picture or detailed cartoon (for example cartoon of a chef, no!)
c. Must work on both white and black backgrounds.
d. We're open to using the color orange to represent "freshness", for example as a swoosh, an orange, underline, a dot, a colorized letter, or in any other fashion. Color orange is not required, but we'd be interested to see a good design incorporating orange!

DESIGN REQUIREMENTS

1. Include our name "Saint Tropez Kitchen" and the initials ST
2. Submit a TEXT+graphic logo
3. The image could be a graphical element.
4. No forks, knives, no chef hats, no chef
5. Submit a classy and a contemporary version to increase your chances of winning.
6. May consider a sun, orange, horizon, Riva Yaught,

NOTES

If your design is selected, then before contest is awarded, I will need you to show me the source of any image(s) used in the logo (e.g. image link at iStockphoto, Photodune, etc) to show that you've acquired image from a royalty free source. Also let me know whether I need to purchase that image from image source in order to have proper rights. If your logo came from logo maker software, please advise so. Also I will ask you to sign a copyright transfer agreement. Also I will ask you to provide 600 dpi images (TIFF and PNG with invisible background) and SOURCE images. (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator,etc) and to provide a version that works against a black background.
