Here's what I did. I don't know exactly what you really want I made the four logos on left and right different I dont know where to put the rectangle if its on the belt or put the rectangle on the circle just below the "grand pix" words. Hope you like it.

hi again. nice one! I like it. if I award you the contest now, can we make some very minor adjustments after? it will just be easier if I can draw on them in paintbrush (i am useless at this stuff), and then you can do it professionally?
