Hello,
Let me share a little background of the business as this will help you design better

The business names - Kids Fashion Street is a India based store that sells kids wear for infants to kids. It includes clothes, diapers, accessories, toys and more. The business is now going online with an aim to allow users shop from home and delivered at doorsteps

Who will be our potential buys?
- Mothers 60%, Fathers 25%, Others as gift 15%
- all would be 18+ age shoppers
most of them would be professionals who actually dont have time to shop by going to a store or are interested in shopping at deals

How did we get the name?
There are fashion street lanes across metro cities in India that offer cheap affordable rated dresses. One main aspect is its daily wear and also willing to accept bargain rates [ negotiated with buyers]

Now the Store:
The store will offer daily use affordable dresses at a bargain rate. The business model is tricky and is not really needed at this level.

What we need?
We need a brand logo that can be used in few clothes we design on our own, that can be used in website, that can be used in print materials like packaging covers, wrappers, brown papers etc.

Hence
The logo should be simple yet creative
Cannot be gradient as it has to be printed and at time stitched / woven
Use pastel colors
Font used should be modern but free available. DO NOT use paid version fonts
MUST have an icon in the logo, which could be used as a favicon or a brand icon in print where page size is small.
Icon cannot be a image or a trace, it needs to be a symbol or a clipart self designed.
Logo MUST have following text: Kids Fashion Street
Tag line to include: Trendy look for your kid at affordable rates OR Trendy look at affordable rates [ whichever fits better]

OUTPUT
Winner needs to provide
1. source file in Photoshop and Illustrator
2. Complete PDF that explain the typo, design, size, dimension and color code used
3. Image files in 72 and 300 dpi each in color, black and white version
4. TIFF version of the file

Above all the logo will be used for registration so CANNOT BE A COPY.

What to submit during contest
1. Color version of the logo
2. Black and white version of the logo
each of some 350 px width

Out of all received enteries, 5 will be shortlisted on 01 May 2014.
Who will be given a final chance to incorporate any small edits requested by 3 Mary 2014

Top Five logo shortlisted so far are: #43 , #28 , #2 , #42 , #26 . Thank you all for participating. However entries are ON till 30 April 2014, midnight

For the shortlisted candidates
I would like to see if you wish to make any tweaks on your own. Also I would like to see samples of the logo in printer, embroidered form on tshirts, black and white version and the icon that could be used without text.

Revisions and final submissions by 01 May 2014. Final Winner will work on delivering the output files on 2 and 3 May 2014.

i have shared comments of entries I liked. The text could be as simple as the flipkart.com logo with a nice icon, i dont mind that concept. Entry 11,28,2, 30, 26 are top 5 as on date
