Design a logo for a High School Band Program. This logo will be used on stationary's, t-shirts, websites, and more.

Our Colors are Maroon and White

Our Mascot is a Tiger

The Band name is "The Pride of the Southland"
Sometimes we go by "Pensacola High School Band" or "Pensacola High Tiger Band" or Pensacola High School "Tiger Band". So pretty much the designer has some free reign here.

I am looking for a strong design. The logo will be a statement of our band. I want the viewer to see a "strong" logo which would interpret the band to be strong.

This logo should ideally be timeless and can be used for many years to come. Also the logo could seem that it was designed decades ago.

The designer can incorporate band instruments if they desire. The use of trumpets or french horns would look good.

My favorite design will be awarded $65.

I've attached some logos from other bands. I've also attached a tiger head that my school uses often. However, the use of this tiger is not necessary.

All the work should ideally be original and not clip art.

If there is just a standout design I will stop the contest and award the winner.
