CloudTech logo design needed

I need to design a logo for a new service line called "CloudTech" to be delivered by a Saudi system Integrator company. The main mission of this service is to offer Saudi companies the first “local” Cloud based wireless Networks, Unified Communications, Security (Access Control, Surveillance, and fire fighting), Energy Saving and applications all together from one provider as an outsourced utility service
Using the service will allow companies (clients) to outsource all their IT infrastructures and applications to a reliable company that will provide IT resources on the Cloud. The client will save a lot of the local hardware cost he used to purchase before in order to keep his operation running and connected. We will be saving the client high capital expenditures as the service will be billed monthly (Pay as you go model) not in bulk. In addition we will provide high up to date security.
So to summarize the client's benefits:
• Cost saving : no need to invest locally in hardware, and no need to have a complex IT department as the client will outsource his IT infrastructure to CloudTech.
• Provides simple management of Technology as companies won't need the very sophisticated IT departments to manage their IT needs.
• "Pay as you go" model: will save Capital Expenditures and turn it to running expense, thus no need for large investments in Hardware.
• Saves the running cost of intensive IT staffing, equipment depreciation, maintenance, upgrades, …
• Provides high security organizations cannot easily afford

It is essential that the logo designer understand the concept before making the design in order to have a winning design that easily and elegantly communicates the idea.
I need some creative ideas for the logo, reflecting the Cloud concept as explained above.
Slogan: Expand your technology in the speed of light

Deliverables:
I would need 2 versions of the same logo, one normal version, and the other "Flat" which suits the latest trends in Web Design. Please do not use any 3D effects in the logo.
A special characteristic font is to be uses for both writing the company name and the slogan
I would need the original layered PSD logo in both versions, and original fonts used to write the name.
Delivery time: 5 days maximum

    I don't know how to click on the Smart Object, but anyhow the logo we agreed on is not tilted and not 3D, it has certain gradient and degree of colors and with a slogan underneath. Give me a layered PSD that simply looks like the logo displayed here that won the competition. Is that difficult?
