I have a startup business that I need a GRAPHIC logo designed for.

Details:
Business Name: Soap & Moxie
Product: Homemade sewing projects (blankets, baby gear, etc), essential oil blends, natural soaps and bath bombs.
History: The company is named after my great grandmother (nicknamed Soap) and her Bichon Frise (Moxie).
***Vision: I feel like I am seeking a "drawing" of a short- white haired grandma sitting and holding her little white dog. For my baby line- I'd like a baby added on her lap too. I have attached an old photo of my great grandmother with me as a baby. I want to use the shape of her face, shorter gray haircut, but don't make her look scary (I think this picture looks a little scary) she was a VERY CLASSY lady and I want that to be reflected as well. I need it to be distinguishable, but not too intricate for when I get it printed on fabric tags and change the sizing.

I am not looking for a caricature, or a slapped together looking drawing (I could do that myself). I could go with simple if it's something that I feel has a presence (think Apple) or something a little more detailed but workable (think Quaker Oatmeal).

UPDATE: Must be a PICTURE- not just the name of the company. Also- winner must be able to send logo in colors/format available for light backgrounds, dark backgrounds, and with no background, so I can add it to labels and business cards without dealing with that annoying white or black box behind it.
