Hi, I am looking for a graphic designer to design a Game of Thrones style house sigil and poster for me.

Sigil Details:
->The sigil must be designed in full colour
->The background must be transparent
->The sigil must feature a phoenix
->The phoenix must be mostly red
-> The style I'd like is a cross between the Stark sigil and the Targaryen Sigil

Poster Details:
->The poster layout should resemble the Stark and Targaryen posters that I attached
->The phoenix sigil described above should be used in the middle
->The house name should be "HOUSE GRANT SALIBA"
->The house motto should be "STRENGTH IN WISDOM, LOYALTY AND UNDYING LOVE"
->The Game of Thrones emblem at the bottom of the attached example posters should be omitted

What I Need:
->A file with just the sigil in vector*, .psd and .jpeg (very high quality) format
->A file with the poster in vector*, .psd and jpeg (very high quality) format

*I don't really understand how vectors work and if it's even possible to create these types of images as vectors. So if it is not possible I will accept that the vector is omitted. I would like to have this because I would like to be able to create very large prints and small ones with the files supplied. The sigil will be on anything from banners to plates!

Note on the Phoenix:
->I've seen a lot of phoenix logos online and I don't really like any of them. I'm looking for an original work that really represents the style of Game of Thrones.
