My company is doing renovations to a house that will soon be for sale. I would like to place a For Sale sign that is unique and will catch people's attention while the renovations are still being completed. The sign will need to include my company logo, and the following text: "FOR SALE, 3 Bed 1.5 Bath

New Everything! Granite Countertops,
Finished Basement, Central Air, MORE.
For more info: [login to view URL] " This should all be laid out in an appealing and professional way. Photoshop files only. Should take a skilled designer a few minutes max.

The printed sign will be 18inch by 24 inch so please keep that in mind.

Simple is better for this job, as it shouldn't look to cluttered. Please just go with eye catching colors, in a beautiful professional layout. The sign should make people interested in the property, nothing more!

Company logo added.

Sorry everyone, logo added! GOod job to the ones posted. Remember, simple is better, the colors should grab attention, and the font should be elegant. The point is to raise interest in the house, not the sign!
