So basically I've uploaded a demo from LJ Hooker of what we want it's called a 'mail box card' it's what get's put out in the mail boxes around the state, but we need it with our own logo, text, and image.

I have uploaded two photos of a cropped man from our company, and our logo, and below is what we want the card to actually say on ours:
