Here is the core text of the flyer - attached is my company logo and an example of the setup - removed the call centre pic as it doesn't look very good in flyers

I'm really looking for something professional that I can send to potential customers who have their own call centres. You can cut back on some of the core text if you think it looks better and feel free to add appropriate images etc.

• Have you looked into PBX providers and found them impossibly expensive?

We are a small telemarketing office running 4 local stations and a handful of remote home based agents. Our experience is in IT Telephony Support and we’ve been able to setup a fully featured PBX system that can perform inbound or outbound campaigns, keep efficient pace with predictive dialling, store data, and report on agents and campaign statistics as required.

We know from working in the industry, these systems can cost upwards of 6 figures, even for a small setup. Using open source software built by call centres for call centres, we offer an all options PBX system that can handle all the requirements of a modern call centre without the overheads associated with a vendor.

PRICE:
Most vendors will not tell you an upfront cost and will gauge your investment based on many factors.
Our price is fixed for all customers. It’s simple and cheap to get started:

1. $4950 setup and training fee (excl GST)
2. $490 per station setup fee (excl GST)
3. Call rates 22c per minute Mobile National 5c per minute (excl GST)

Prices include 2 days of full training, detailed Agent and Manager manuals, software installation on all servers and agent PC’s, configuration of SIP solution and soft phone setup.
Prices do not include hardware (25 agents can usually be run on a Quad-Core CPU 2.0Ghz with 4GB ram)

Most customers request support during implementation. Vendors usually try to lock you in to monthly support contracts averaging around $100 per agent per month. Our support is simple: 7am – 8pm phone support or next day on site – Australian Based – $125 p/h - conditions apply. We’re happy to negotiate a monthly support agreement if you require one, but we find that with a small amount of initial support and having your own staff on site to learn the system, you don’t need to lock into an expensive support contract.
