I need a 8.5 by 11 flyer designed for a "First Time Home Buyers Workshop".

I have attached our old flyer as a reference

I want the color scheme to be blue #5f96ce or #97bbdf

I would like to use one of the two stocks I provided as the background.

The date is October 8th 7-8pm 2014

The seminar is complementary but is a $50 value

I need the address on there

I need space for a few lines about the seminar (similar to example flyer attached)

I also need a spot to put 5 sponsors logos
