Need a facebook & google+ cover page made. I know what I want it to look like. I want the background to be a city skyline with message boards popping with wording on them. I have some images for example.
Image #1 City skyline - Would like the background to look just like this
Image #2 Messages frontpage - how the message popups should look like.

I need 6 popup messages placed with in the background. Make it look like people are talking from different apartments with the popup message boards.(please place some text in the popups)

I will pick a winner fast, within a day or two. When the winning freelancer is picked. I will need you to add the text into the messages.

Update: Make popups clear, almost see through. No nighttime skylines.
