Contest Brief

I hope I don’t have to be the storyboard artist on this project and help you great guys out there on how a flyer is supposed to be designed. Not to be condescending but… come on, if something is FREE, don’t we make that writing in big bold writing somewhere in some corner or somewhere noticeable!
Anyway, I’m going to test you guys here for a second. I’m going to just post the info, and see how you guys end up choosing to locate it. If…. You don’t organize it well… Well.. back to the drawing board. I’ll have to post another contest or EDIT the description with a storyboard (that I’ve drawn) indicating where more or less I would like each group of information. Why not post with a storyboard now, well I really don’t have time… But will consider making one in 2-3 days when I have more time.

NOTE: This flyer is supposed to be in Spanish and WILL BE IN SPANISH. But not to fear! I will be attaching both ENGLISH and SPANISH documents together. Here I’ll give you an example so you don’t get scared and run away right now from this project. All the points in both the ENGLISH and SPANISH documents are numbered. So if you feel that point #3 IN ENGLISH should go “wherever”, then all you have to do is look for point #3 IN SPANISH and copy and paste it into that “wherever” place.
Critical details of Project:
• Place the writing in appropriate places on the page / flyer.
• Choose font sizes of critical details like FREE REGISTRATION!
• Be creative; add flare, and/or use simple marketing concepts.
• Speak English well.
• Design a flyer for 8.5inch x 11inch print.
• Include Sexy Photos (but PG kind of, not too graphic)
• Read English (duh!)
• Love Designing Flyers.
• Love Photoshop.
• Be a Good Person.
• Or. Be an Excellent Person.
• And Drink Lots of Green Tea / Coffee or Chocolate Milk.
• And Orange Juice. 
Good Luck, I know you guys don’t need it though! You’re effing amazing at what you do, all of you ;)

PS: Check the ATTACHED file for the ENGLISH and SPANISH documents of the FLYER.
PS(2): If there's too much information as in the documents have too much writing, just let me know... and I'll make adjustments.... I know it's long... But it would be great if somehow we could get all in, and everything still look nice.
PS(3) Please take out the NUMBERS that list the POINTS in the documents, you can list the points in bullet-form in the flyer. We just put them in to know which point is ENGLISH and which is SPANISH.
PS(4): Looking for something cartoony and colorful, not like a "ROCK BANK CONCERT POSTER" , more like a "REALTORS POSTER/FLYER" Professional, Happy and (yes, sometime) Sexy.
