I have a house which is now 98 m2 of living space. I want to rebuild my garage to sauna, exercise room and storage room. You can give suggestions on the rebuilding of the garage but also current storage can be added to the proposal.

The sauna have to accommodate 3-4 people and there should be a place for relaxation outside the sauna.
Training Room will have a treadmill and a cross trainer and should have space for yoga and other exercise using weights and body.
Store must be accessible from the outside of the house. The store will be used for skis, bikes and tires for the car.

Today there are no windows in the garage so new windows also have to be considered.
Can you show the rebuilding in 3d format is an advantage but not required.
