I need to create a buyer protection page for my site (fechounegocio.com). In this page the buyer can see all the information about the program and the rules. It's something like "http://pages.ebay.com/br/en-us/coverage/index.html" or "http://www.aliexpress.com/buyerprotection/index.html" or "https://www.paypal.com/br/webapps/mpp/paypal-safety-and-security".

All text and images have to be available for our team to translate. The principal features that have to be highlights is:

- The buyer have 45 days to open a complaint and ask for refund
- Money back guarantee
- Financial informations are safe

The page have to be simple and load fast. It will be incorporate in my site.
