I need a corporatel brochure designed for my real estate brokerage based in Accra, Ghana (Homes & More Gh Ltd www.homesandmoregh.com). These brochures are targeted at international corporate clientele describing who we are what we do, and our competitive advantage etc. The brochure will be sent to embassies, NGOs and corporations that have high numbers of employees coming in from overseas looking for housing. I would therefore expect the winner of this contest to deliver something of international quality; a brochure design that shows how professional, dedicated and knwledgable we are at what we do.
The brochure should be 10 pages long, and should be in booklet (not pamphlet) format, and should be A4 size or smaller. I expect there to be stock photos showing friendly professional staff in a corporate setting, 'closing deals' and being generally welcoming to clients. The table of contents will be as follows:
