Need an advertising brochure created for corporate clients to promote Lusty Entertainments services.

About our services (from website): Promotional Models Townsville; Lusty Entertainment specializes in Pub /Club Promotions. Compared to other promotional events, Pub / Club promotional models are working with patrons of the venue who are drinking. This type of work requires the model to think fast on their feet as well as represent the brand / client in a manner that is professional. Lusty Entertainment have Guys and Girls that are working in this environment regular and understand the complexity of the situation. Lusty Entertainment, unlike other Promotional Business’s only maintains a small team with 6-8 Guys or Girls who are working regular and are well polished. (This needs to be made to be easily and quickly read)

I also would like to highlight: Classy Intelligent Models, Specialize in pub raffles, games and promotional events
Benefits to client / venue :Increased client loyalty, A fun and flirtatious atmosphere, Increased clientele, Increased spend per patron, Incredible word of mouth advertising

Other text that could be included: Most promotional companies/agencies when offered work in removed locations rely on casting calls to secure Promotional models for events and then rely on the chosen models to fulfill the contract for which they agreed. What is the cost if the Promotional models don't represent the brand in the right manner which also includes poor personal attitudes, habits or even on job interactions with friends? Providing your business can provide evidence - renegotiation on fees with the agency becomes painful. So whats the true cost? Lost business due to poor representation - this can be very costly and hard to measure.

All photos attached do not need to be used and will need to be cropped or modified to suit.I have also included various styles of our logo to assist in styling.

Requiring One Page - A4 size.

I need this brochure to be stand out and easily read. Please feel free to ask questions.

Hi All. I am planning on emailing these brochures to corporate clients - so they should not be folding etc. Corporate people dont have the time to read lots of text so in most cases dot points are the best. From the text that was I have put up - summation and dot points can be created so that the brochure is not to wordy. Please let me know if you are struggling with this and I will take time to break it down.
