A diagram that was appears in the first photo ( contens the idea that we are looking for, text wanted is included already)

the colors should be only "gray and blue"

I add some photo to understand the creative idea that we like it for the diagram

after offering the creative diagram with content we want it, please show it in landscape portrait banner with this text " our value"

I need a clean banner and profession banner
