I need 2 banners designed for streaming cam websites plus a linked banner design for the admin site to each of the streaming site (in total there are 4 banners).

banner sizes are as follows:

1202 x 430px (streaming cam site)
400 x 100px (admin site)

970 x 50px (streaming cam site)
656 x 90x (admin site)

I will need a steady supply of banners from January onwards in the same sizes and will award all that work to the same provider, starting at a couple a week from January and growing from there. I will also be looking at facebook page profiles and twitter backgrounds for the websites from January. I am looking to build a long term working relationship with a designer.

All designs need to be clean and fresh and load quickly (the streaming websites are resource heavy and refresh every 2 minutes so loading time for graphics must be quick).

  ive been placing projects successfully via freelancer for over 3 years and have always achieved the goal I set with the projects I posted. I notice that you to date have not completed any projects nor had any feedback good or negative so far using the site - if you do not have enough information and wish to bid for the project then ask what questions you need that is the idea of a clarification board. if you have no intention of posting a proposal/ bid then I suggest you keep your opinions (for what they are worth) to yourself.
  
  there are many very talented freelancers who work on freelancer so I am not in any rush to place my projects with people I am unsure of.
