I am looking for a banner and logo for my new website design.

My idea is an Iceberg is guided by a penguin (tux) into a bay of a tropical island. The island has people suntanning, maybe playing beach volley ball, etc. I want a soft color palette with the iceberg having cold colors and the island having warm colors.

Caption for the island will read. "Let 2100 Computer Lane guide your website in from the Cold' (Note Change)

Looking for a banner that is mobile friendly so 320px * 150-200px.

Looking for designs in png format.

Just some clarifications. There should be only one Penguin. Right now Lynarts is closest. Some suggested changes remove the extra penguins and Girl in the Bikini in front. If you can add some volleyball players in more modest clothing you will definitely be the leading candidate.
