Contest Brief

The banner is for http://23.239.28.129 an e-learning site. Must project confidence, success and professionalism.

Banner MUST:

640w x 480h
Royalty free image (or paid for).
Background color must let white letters in foreground be visible.
Must include logo (attached). Logo must be visible and best to avoid patchy background (changing the color).
PSD files must be included.

    the idea is to try and replace the actual banner in use right now. All language is in spanish. Please look at the existing banner, you can get the text from there.
