I am in need of a professional looking Banner for my Facebook Page and my Youtube Page.

The needs to include:

"Amizu" centered in the middle
Facebook, Twitter, Soundcloud, and Mixcloud icons in the bottom right corner
Anything else you find necessary to make the banner more appealing
My logo should also be included somewhere on the banner.
