Design a Banner and Logo for my Company

Contest Brief
Ok ladies and gentlemen, I'm back for another project. Just when I thought I had everything designed, my business partners changed their minds about what they liked for final design. I think I got them nailed down to exactly what they want...unlike last time...which I will say was my fault because we didn't have a clue what we wanted. One thing we all agreed on was the last winners design and font. So why are we posting again if we are happy? Well, because my business partners want to build a little more from it. So what do they want? I wasn't sure, so I started sketching something on paper. They loved it. Remember when you look at the drawing, I'M NOT AN ARTIST...haha. I also used Paint to create an "S" logo they liked. Again, I'm no artist or designer. I'm sure pixel by pixel magnifying will show even more how bad my work is. And the rivet design is not straight or even because I was just messing around in Paint to give them a visual. All and all, they love both designs. So what do I need from you? Well this time the hard part is over. I'm giving you a rough design to work off from...
FIRST...
* Use the silver SPDRCR Designs logo and add "real" appearance flags with shading.
* The left is US flag, and the right is the Texas flag.
* Definitely want them to be waving, but not too much that they appear short.
SECOND...
* Make the "S" Logo look like riveted metal.
* Rivets to be evenly placed
* Check pixels on "S" because I believe the middle of the "S" might not be correct.

All the Freelancers I've worked with in the past has been great. Actually exceptional is a better word. Normally I would just contact them directly again, but my partners pressured me into doing another contest to get as many unique ideas as possible. I understand their point, and hope they will all agree upon one final choice so I can add to the website and get business cards made.

sir please check #68 now "S" is looking like it is made of bending a metal sheet its with adobe illustrator(Vector Logo) now working on photo shop(Banner Image) version of it.

Or another way to image it.... A rectangle piece of sheet metal with rivets all the way around the edges. Then you take that sheet metal and bend it in a shape of an S. So that would make some rivets hidden. Strategic rivet placement and shadowing would give this S a 2D or 3D affect. Hope this helps everyone :)

I think I might have missed one detail on the "S"... Image the "S" as 1 piece of sheet metal with rivets around the edges.

The flags should look real and waving in the air. The US flag is reversed, and the Texas flag normal. The reason the US flag is reversed on Military uniforms and other icons, is because it displays "moving forward". The Texas flag is on there because our company is based in Texas. It is important that both flags look in motion as the sample

We aren't looking to do much with the "S" logo. Just a rivet design around the edges as the sample, but evenly placed and realistic as possible.
