I need a Character Designer for My MMO RPG Game Project:
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

1. Character must be Anime Like (see attachment "Step 1.jpg")
2. All Characters must be colored with 2D High Quality Color (see attachment "Step 2.jpg")
3. But, there are several things that you should know:
- i want to make CUTE anime character version
- i need you make a Short + Cute Version of attachment "Step 2.jpg"
- Body is 2 times bigger than Head, see attachment "Step 3.jpg"
- You have to remove all equipments on that character, its like naked character (or perhaps you could use some white color underwear)
- You are allowed to use character model on the attachment but dont forget to remove all equipments
4. For now i just need two animations which are "Walking Animation" and "Running Animation" with 3 Angles (Front, Back, and Sides)
5. If you could do this contest perfectly i will recruit you for the entire design of my MMO RPG Project

Instruction of Files:
1. All Design must as big as 275 x 275 pixel only
2. Save it on PNG version with transparent background
3. Walking and Running Animations instruction:
- you have to make 24 separate PNG files of one animation
- each files must have size 275 x 275 pixel only
- each files must in 2D High Quality Coloring Technique

  bikin baru harus similar alias mirip dengan anime character, kalau mau browsing cari film anime namanya Sword of Art Online. Tapi kalau ga mau repot samain aja sama gambar, tapi ya syarat2nya harus di penuhi, bugilin characternya jadi nanti di RPG bisa gw pakein equip

Does the character have to be inspired from the given picture , similar to it?And is there any gender preference of the character?

  You are allowed to copy exactly like that images as long as my requirements are met which are 2D High Quality Color and Short Chibi Cute Character. And, you have to remove all equipments on the character so the character will be naked / using some white color underwear. For now, any gender is fine for me.

Why not 3d model your chatacter and take the 24 frames you are after? Much more adequate and preset can be used for more animation in the future.
