3D model + interior design for bathrooms and bedrooms

Konkurrence Instruktioner

Hey, I am building a villa.
The project has 2 parts - main part, and extra part.
For the main part - I require your help with 3d modeling and designing (interior design) 3 bathrooms (Im having a hard time choosing floors, tiles, styles.. etc). and 3 bedrooms.
The bathrooms are more important - I want 2-3 design options, and for the bedrooms 1 design is enough.
I will provide you with photorealistic imaging I have for the first floor of the house and the exterior part, the sizes of the rooms and a few notes for them. the rest is your free-style playground.

**update1 - I have attached room sizes and item locations pictures. #room appears in purple with number from 1-6.
**update2 -
a.For the shower heads in rooms 1 and 3, I want you to attach something like the Lugano shower head (file attached "lugano shower head"). while in parents bathroom #1, there will be 2 of those, 1 each side - for the parents to shower together.
b. For bathroom #2, the tub will be acrylic, standard dimensions, like in the new attached file, "tub for bathroom 2" and the shower head will be like the attached file "shower head for room 2 tub"
c. for bathroom #1 the window sizes are 120cm above floor, wide 70 cm, height 1m. for bathroom #2 the window sizes are 90cm above floor, wide 70cm, height 130cm. if you need more sizes, send me a message please.
d. in all bathrooms I have an hanging toilet seat (as in attached file "toilet seat") and the toilet tank is hidden. in bathroom #1 it will be "bumping" outside of the wall for 5cm, in bathroom #2 it will "bump" outside the wall for 15 cm, and in bathroom #3 it will be completely hidden inside the wall (see "toilet wall hidden" for general reference).


The goal for this main part for me is to choose a design you made, using the virtualization you'll create for the bathrooms and the bedrooms. a bonus part for you is after I build it IRL, ill send you photos to see what your design created.

the 2nd part of the project will be interior design for the whole villa and making photorealistic photos for me. it will be with extra pay, regardless for the contest.
