Contest Brief

I provide the following attachments:

1. Specifications - please use the colours described in the exterior colour specifications

2. Colour Drawings - these images provide an example of what it could look like

3. Architectural dwg files

4. Town Planning Drawings - these illustrate the North, South, West and East elevations in black and white.

5. Aerial photos of the development site (114 Civic Parade) and the neighbouring land (116 Civic Parade , which is a small park). The 3D images should show the park interfacing the 7 townhouses. The 7 townhouses will directly face the park.

I require 3D colour images of the following elevations:

- North Elevation
- South Elevation
- West Elevation
- East Elevation

The purpose is to show potential buyers what the properties would like when completed.

  Yes I did. Refer to the pdf files, the Endorsed Plans, they show the elevations from North, South, East, West - exactly what you should be looking at.

  look at the updated brief i have just uploaded. the key thing i am asking for is NORTH, SOUTH, EAST, WEST elevations of the 7 townhouses and one cafe. This is already illustrated in the pdf file called: 2606-TP05-B. So you use that as a basic foundation for the work. The rest of the attachments are details on colours, views, perspectives etc

I have now deleted the incorrect dwg files. The best file to look at to understand the brief is called: 2606-TP05-B Endorsed Plans. It shows the Elevations from North, South, East and West. Also, look at the file called: Appenidx2_116Civic Parade_Site Plan . The development site address is 114 Civic Parade Altona Melbourne. At the bottom of the Appendix 2 is a photo which illustrates ""Council owned land". The 7 townhouses and cafe will be built facing the "Council owned land". So you should incorporate the streetscape and the landscaping of the Council owned land into the 3D images please. Thank you for your interest in this project.

Apologies, i uploaded some incorrect dwg files. the project is 7 townhouses and one cafe in Altona. i accidentally also uploaded files from another project, i will now delete these dwg files (called floorpan, firstfloorplan and frontview). Thank you.
