Create a simple icon / dingbat / character

Contest Brief

I´d like a simple icon / dingbat in black and white saved as vector that distinctly express the expression shown in the attached photos. The first photo (what can i say.jpg) of the girl got everything right: The hands and shoulder, tilted head, the eyes, eyebrows and mouth.

It does not have to be a woman as long as the expression is clear.
