Contest Brief

We'd like for someone to provide us with a pixel art version of the attached image. The final pixel art image should be in the style of popular iOS game, Sword and Sworcery. Please refer to the "style-reference.jpg" for the art style you should be following.

Requirements:
-360 pixels wide by 192 pixels tall, 72 dpi
-Delivered as a layer photoshop document (have separate layers for the sky, the mountains in the back, that far away buildings, and the closer buildings)
-TRUE PIXEL ART! Make sure anti-aliasing is turned off and that everything is square pixels

Please remember that we're not just looking for someone to apply a pixelate filter to an image. What we're looking for is someone who can take the different regions in the image (e.g. buildings in immediate foreground, city scape, background mountains) and make each of those areas stand out. For example, the mountains in the background should have their different rows of craggy mountains easily distinguished — not just a blurry pixelated mountainscape. Something with sharp craggy edges the gives a since of a real environment.

Also, make sure you properly group everything into layers in Photoshop, and that you show how you've done this (thank you to those who have done this). We're going to be using this is in a parallax scrolling game engine so we need to be able to move the mountains and the skies independently, for example.
