I like to refurbish an upper floor of my house and need to get some ideas to create two new apartments. One of them has got a connection to to the groundfloor over a stair (Galerie). Over this I need a bathroom, dressing room and bedroom (kitchen, livingroom is on the groundfloor) right of "Treppenhaus" and "Diele" I guess you can eliminate the bathroom. You will find the current layout in file "room_layout" and the dimensions in "measurement"

I have attached my first idea for a new layout:
One flat with the stair to groundfloor. One flat with a new balkony, a kitchen in the living room, a bedroom and another room (Office or something like this. Over this there is a bedroom, a dressingroom and a bathroom (the kitchen and living room is on the ground floof)

I'm pretty sure you've got better ideas. It's important to know the sizes of the rooms in the new layout you create.

Sir, I believe that your request is not fully understood because a clear reference to where the main entrance to the house is, and the current situation of the 2nd floor, the m2 that it has, is needed within the plan.

Sorry I'm trying to understand your requirements but I'm not sure. You need refurbish one floor and makes two flat in the same space, I think. Could you specify were is the entry or access to the different apartments please?

I want to make sure some things and have question. Let me know if there is something mistake.

You want to change the layout become 2 flat.
The first flat is Gallery and Bedroom without Bathroom

Second Flat needs :
- New Balcony
- Kitchen in the Living Room
- Living Room
- Office Room
- 1 Bedroom with Single Bed
- 1 Bedroom with Double Bed
- Dressing Room for Bedroom with Double Bed
- Bathroom for the Bedroom with Double Bed

My Question is :
1. Is the Bedroom Door with Double Bed must be access from inside the second flat ?
2. Regarding the door in the Bedroom where that is connecting to the Second Flat. Do you want to keep or i can removed that ?

You mention "apartments" and one unit attached to circular staircase. Please state your requirements such as bedrooms, bathrooms more complete. A more specific description as to your needs would be appreciated.
