Contest Brief

I currently have a website based on a Joomla website which has some bugs in it - it's time for a fresh new look although the content will not change much. I would like to continue to use Joomla because I love using the back-end technology. I also have a number of spreadsheets (Excel) used by transport companies for compliance, and am currently working on PowerPoint training overheads which I would like to have as an extra to my website via a Username and Password, with provision for a payment basis.

These last bits are my wish list; the initial project is to re-do the website using current content so that the website looks more modern, vibrant, suitable for tablets and mobile phones, and preferably using Joomla so that I can manage the website on my own in the future.

As I have not used Freelancer for a while I will discuss budget with the people who apply - initially I need an idea of how long it will take.

The current website is www.atsvic.com.au - I will provide login details to the winning bidder. Thanks for your interest, Kerry

NOTE: IF POSSIBLE I WOULD LIKE TO KEEP THE MAROON AND GREY THEME AS IT MATCHES MY BUSINESS CARDS, LETTERHEADS AND THE COMPANY LOGO WHICH APPEARS IN FRONT OF THE BACKGROUND PICTURE IN THE HEADER OF MY EXISTING WEBSITE. I LIKE THE TRANSITIONS WHICH SOME PEOPLE HAVE UPLOADED BECAUSE IT MAKES THE WEBSITE SEEM "LIVE". THANKS FOR ALL THE INTEREST SO FAR EVERYONE.

Some people have asked for the company logo - please find attached the logo in a couple of different versions. Thanks everyone, Kerry

Thank you to everyone who expressed an interest in my project and for your efforts. It was a difficult decision to decide on a winner. Thanks again, Kerry

Dear Kerry, I have looked at http://www.atsvic.com.au/ and agreed with you, it looks old and a morden template will be very helpful. I will make the template and import the content to Joomla 3.3.6 (lastest version), is this ok? Can you please tell me which elements/features you desired for the new template? Thanks

Hi,
My name is Huy. I have worked with Joomla for 4 years. I checked your website. It's under Joomla 2.5. Firstly, I recommend you should upgrade your site to Joomla 3.3.6 because Joomla 2.5 is no longer supported. Secondly, please see some websites were developed by me:
