I have a guest area in my home with total area around 100 SQM , the area has two entrances and one main interior elevation , i need to create a conceptual design make it very unique and well designed area with a solid masses and clean surfaces and neat lines with a high well done and calculated proportions with an oriental touches used in a modern and updated way , this needs a creative architect or interior designer to focus and make a high brainstorming to get something really may considered creative and unexpected , this will be implemented in eastern arabian country so an oriental touches with available material locally are required , free hand sketches and two 3D pictures - minimum , are required at the end as a deliverables with names of materials that proposed to be used.
This considered as a high challenging project specially that i am already an architect ! , budget may be stretched on i got impressed by your first indication sketch and concept which should meet my requirement ...
