Contest Brief

I need someone to create a beautiful Wordpress theme/template with 4-5 types of pages depending on whats required for the headings in the current website.
The current website can be seen at:
http://cityservicetaxi.com/
I need to replace this site with the Wordpress site.
The template must be responsive and must appear to contain the logo in the header and be entirely styled after/or with the logo in mind and the fact that it is a taxi company. So, I mean, Icons, colors, etc. I am attaching the logo for reference. '
The image of a Cab(taxi) of the association is also given on the homepage.
One logo file contains the number to call and one is just the logo.

Please be creative and try to create a modern looking website that will attract users and have a sleek and professional navigation and feel.
Make sure it adheres to the Wordpress template standards and is easy to change/modify menus/widgets/text/slideshow/etc like professional template. I do now want to have to go in and edit hardcoded PHP to make normal changes.
