iteration 2

Hi I add 4 bushings for stability and also include the BOM and assembly drawing. If I win, I will provide one by one drawing for the machined parts. On the BOM there are some references where you have to buy the component.

    motor: https://www.smaract.com/en/linear-stages/product/slc-1750
(please check the standard 1750, not the W version)

Please consider the load on stage as negligible (6gram)

    thank you

i need more detail on how the device will be used, then we can do a better design, it is still too general and we don't know how it will be used, ie: motor specification, the load on the top plate, etc.

there is no error motion on the Y axis, because we already use 4 guide pin, what i have to make sure is the base plate holes dimensions which need to be perpendicular to the XY plan, thus the 4 pin will be slide smoothly to the 4 guide bushing holes.

Hello Ujang. Do you have any estimations on the off-axis performance of this solution? (error motion on other than Z axis)

Also any estimation on the forces exercised on the linear motor/stage?
