Contest Brief

We are looking for a homepage redesign, we will give the winner the option to redesign the entire site, around 25 pages and will pay for the whole redesign separately. We need this to be completed quickly. Our site is geared towards a technology audience - needs to be clean, modern, appealing, easy to use, and optimized for conversions. Recommended site colors are white, black, green (#0aff24 - not too much), and silver (metal look similar to this screenshot http://screencast.com/t/Oou3zx3TF). We'd like the silver metal look for buttons and other things (up to the designer). Other colors may be used.
Preferably the winning designer will have a strong understanding of Bootstrap (be able to design in Bootstrap, we use 3.2), know how to change style sheets, html, and be able to communicate with our developers (English). Attention to detail is a must!

The following things must be on the homepage
- Place to login or register
- 3 buttons under BUY 3 buttons under SELL with questions marks next to each button. If question mark is clicked on in takes user to description using a "hidden" slider.
- place for an informative video
- Z pattern for information on the site - below the fold
- Sign up for newsletter in the footer
- Social icons inside Mobile phones in the footer

The two attached files are images of the screenshots. Logo and text details will be given to the winning design.
