Small and medium scale companies – How can they get benefited out of Professional Coaches ..

Need 10-12 articles (500 words or so each) as a series to address this specific audience. The articles should also be good as individual articles. Need this in 2 weeks. Real quality data/facts and message is requested. Please do not try to stretch the article to fill in more. Stay precise and relevant to the topic for each article. Even if it is less articles, I would prefer those entries.

I would like to see at least three completed articles and few lines on what would be your approach for the rest before I choose the winner. All the best

1. Small and medium scale companies – the Human resource training or motivation issues the face with the growth and volatile business scenario globally..
2. Professional Coaches are experts in giving one on one Coaching to high potential individuals and driving them to personal transformation..
3. The best part is being able to get access to professional coaches who may be at any corner of the world (through Skype) to Coach your best staff for personal/corporate transformation…sitting at the comformt of your office or home ..saving huge amount of time and money..this professional is organic and focus on value add to clients and not just has commercial focus…
4. Mostly people who share great passion towards people and are high achievers themselves become Professional coaches..
5. Lot of facts – PAIN POINTS of small and medium scale companies globally need to be researched and made the headlines of the articles to target those specific audience ( if during the research …particular countries or regions are identified with specific challenges..the same to be highlighted in the articles)

 Target audience is leadership teams/Sales directors..bosses who take decisions…(touch them personally through FB and other social media)

 It is mostly targeting audience who could take 1 hour per week weekly session in Skype with the Coach (clients could be from anywhere in the world)
 The articles will be circulated is Social media and hence would need to have key words and also a picture to reflect on the content of the article that viewers will feel like clicking!
 Did you know? Mentioning some key facts about the topic would probably be good. I am open for ideas if there is a better way
 I may award more projects if you come up with extreme good quality work. I want to use these articles and content to make big events and webniars. I at least have 5/6 more topics to give.
