Konkurrence Instruktioner

I bought my daughter tickets to a concert for her 16th birthday but I don't really have anything but a printout from SeatGeek to give her. I'd like to have someone create a mock-up "badge" that I can print out, have laminated and give her on her birthday.

Looking for someone to use those three elements and make a mock badge (roughly twice as tall as it is wide) and add, somewhere prominently the following:

NOTE: This is merely for entertainment purposes so that I have something tangible to give my daughter on her special day. We aren't actually going to try and use it or anything. Thank you.
