Konkurrence Instruktioner

I am making a coloring book full of tattooed faces. While the subject is a bit scary, I want the images to look friendly and professional like a good children's coloring book. I supply the images to copy.

They should look as close to the original photo as possible, with the details in the tattoos outlined so people can color them in. Some parts may be a bit blurry in the photo- just do your best to improvise and fill in creatively. Hair should be stylized and articulated as in the ref pics where possible. Try to make the tattoos as clear as possible. Where things are blurry improvise. Try to make hair clear strands than can be colored they way coloring books do it.
Final images should be high resolution (300 DPI or better) and sized 7.5 inches wide by 10 inches tall.

Ref notes:
the 1st 2 images (photos) is the image to copy. The B&W I have modified to bring out more detail where possible. The original police mugshot images are often blurry- apologies. Do your best. The remaining images are the style and detail level I'm looking for.

    #3 is OK but I wish the "distini" was outlines so people can color it in. The bear and head hairs shouldn't have open sides- so people can color them in. See the contest winner here for what I mean: https://www.freelancer.com/contest/Coloring-book-page-of-a-tattooed-face-1195636.html
