We are looking for logo and probably other visual elements for first Corporate Innovation and Intrapreneurship 2014 conference. We will talk about innovation, intra and entrepreneurship, startups, lean and agile methodologies etc. Target audience are corporate innovatiors, managers that are in charge for innovation, intrapreneurs etc.

So, we need a good logo for this one, the one that will also have some typography included, like "Corporaate Innovation & Intrapreneurship" (not really expert in this one). Also, if we agree on the design of the logo, we will probably build more visual elements for web site and other marketing elements (like banners, etc).

Event will be hosted in Croatia but it wil lhave regional presence - Croatia have a distinctive visual elements (checkerboard) used for multiple reasons so please see if and how you can incorporate that into the design ...

  I will, this is my first contest... so still learning how to... Actually this is going to be about innovation and entrepreneurship. I would guess that anything that symbolize the movement, progress, growth but also transformation and change are good start. But since intrapreneurs are so hard to find inside the corporations, something that symbolize "one out of many" is probably also good start. But no need to overcomplicate things - I would say that simple logos are always good direction...
