Welcome to the contest! Please read below.
We are seeking a logo for the re-brand of a local christian church in Bendigo, Victoria, Australia.

DESIGN BRIEF:
The logo is to have these words: "Strathfieldsaye Community Church". (Possibly with Strathfieldsaye on the top line and larger than the other words.)
We are keen to see what you can come up with.

Liking earthy colours - greens, browns, oranges.
Dislike references/graphic to spire/church bell tower/building
Dislike depictions of Jesus carrying cross or crucifix (Christ on cross).
Dislike black/white - especially solid black background. Most of our use will be on white or light background.
Dislike heavily italicised font.
