Children's award certificate design - Need 3 frame designs

  My instant reaction is that it's a good design, but what prevents me from saying it's great is that the award medal on the right seems a bit out of place for a children's award...it seems elegant and almost military? The kidscerts logo is huge...other than that it's quite plain with just a star and red background...the red background also has a splotchiness to it that makes it seem low quality.
