Use the CESS logo graphic attached below and add Jodi Bergman Counselling as text. Use the Thrive Tutoring logo attached below as a guide for dimensions and layout.

I have a logo and associated files and I need the graphic to be added to a new company name. I have all of the files and colour id numbers as well as a sample of another logo that shows the size, scale and balance i am looking for.

Looking at the files I have attached below I would like:
The CESS logo with Jodi Bergman Counselling underneath.
(I am using the Canadian spelling for counselling so the double l is not a mistake)

I want this to have the same dimensions and look as the Thrive Tutoring logo so that they can sit side by side and have a balanced look between them.

Colours used in the CESS logo:
